- Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing item in package
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, skincare, waxing, and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Request Time
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos of the issue.
- Refund Process
Once the return request is approved and the product is received (if applicable), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
